Its the food that the enyzmes in your mouth have began to break down. Its caused by eating too fast and not chewing thoroughly. They get stuck in the pockets in the back of your mouth and can cause bad breath. There are little wholes in the back of your mouth that trap food at some time or another. They arent worms or tissue. We all get them from time to time...nothing to fear.
