Hi,

I'm curious as to whether drinking Kefir is appropriate to have while bowel cleansing since it is, in effect, a probiotic drink.

It looks like I would have to make it at home as I can't buy pre-made in Canada. How time consuming is it? You have to use raw, organic milk right?
