I got all my stuff thru Chris too... and next time i'll look into the caps.

though i did make it this morning with fresh juice, some kefir, a scoop of my fave protein powder (did weights this morning, i needed extra protein) and two pumps of DaVinci's syrup (s/f) -- and it was MUCH better.
