Thanks for your replies. We thought doing it one day on Thurs (as it's the moon thing) would maybe be a bit of a help and to also see how hard it would be. He has a very demanding job at the moment. I, however am on holiday and I am going to give it a try and if Thurs is ok for me I can proceed the next two days. I am currently taking Oxypwder but only on the third night, gently increasing the dose. My BM is full of little white seed like things and these do not link with anyhting I have eaten. I've had the occassional stringy mucousy strands which I thought could maybe be candida as I am suffering very badly from that. I also have very bad GERD just now, taking l'glutamine and aloe vera so concerned that the pineapple thing will be ok for me. Would appreciate any advice.
