There are different bowel cleaners. Either based on fiber or oxygen.
I read the info on the cleanse max, but like many cleanses they just contain herbs and that does not get your bowels clean or your liver.

For instant help a salt water flush or 1-3 tsp Epsom Salt in a glass of water.
