I have found that eating copious amounts of organic black raisins (unsulfured) does wonders to the digestion.. I eat about 1 cup per day and have at least 2 BMs/day. Also important is the amount of water you drink. From what I have read, doing enemas everyday weakens the intestinal muscles.
