Hi Lisa,
I asked you this question a few pages back, under the appropriate discussion, but there was no reason for you to check back there, so I will post it again here!
I am using the Detoxified Iodine from the fellow you mentioned to help with the thyroid. I was wondering, how much did you take, and how long did you take it? Was it obvious when you didn't need to keep taking it? Also, do you know if it helps the adrenals as well as the thyroid?
