Hi all,

I am starting The Master Cleanse tomorrow. The only problem I had previously was with the aftertaste. I must admit, I also took the cayenne in capsule form, but intend to take it in the lemonade next time.

Anyway, I could use the support, esp. if anyone is starting recently.

I would like any tips for dealing with the after taste. Also, is this maybe some kind of cleansing reaction?
