Sorry to hear you are having skin problems. My suggestion is for you to get out and get fresh air, get happy and get your mind off the immediate problem. You have only been on the Master-Cleanse for one day, you shouldn't expect results so soon! The skin is a complex organ and doing just the Master-Cleanse might not be enough to get it healthy. It's going to take a combination of internal cleaning, exercise, right living, happiness, eating healthy...let me say that one again...EATING HEALTHY, sunshine, fresh air, patience and time.
