I did my first Master-Cleanse this past September for ten days. It was difficult at times but easy at others and truly an amazing experience. I am gearing up for Master-Cleanse #2 starting tomorrow! Planning on doing ten days but will do more if I feel up to it. I am feeling a range of emotions... excited, scared, curious, you name it. Is anyone else starting tomorrow? I'd love to have a "fasting buddy"!
