Hi! I'm on number three. It's going really well. I only had a mild headache and nausea the first few days and now, day five, I feel great. To me, the fact that I don't feel nearly as sick as I did the first cleanse (and even the second) proves that I am detoxing when I do this. Someday maybe I will be so detoxed that I will able to start a Master-Cleanse and not feel headachey or nauseous at all!
