hello all!
i am on day 8, and have been cleansing with my boyfriend. i feel incredible and clear and my tongue is even back to pink again. he, physically feels fine, but mentally doesn't feel that clarity that centeredness, yet.
any help from you guys out there would be great. is there anything else he could be doing? does everyone feel the clarity from this- does it come for some afterwards?
help!
