A crushed up niacin tablet or getting niacin from natural sources could help your baby. I think that the Vitamin Inositol Hexaniacinate is the safest supplemnt form of niacin and does not have the side effects of other niacin supplements. This is the primary supplement I would suggest.

Wrenn suggested getting Insitol from whole grains but there are lots of hyper kids who are allergic to wheat products. Did you vaccinate your baby? Vaccines could be causing food allergy problems. Milk is another food allergy that many hyper kids have. Substitute almond milk or walnut milk for milk. Recipe: 1 handful of almonds, walnuts, etc... and add a date for sweetness.

Wrenn also said there are other foods with Insitol(Niacin) include; "molasses, legumes, citrus fruits raisins, cantalope, etc. and nuts, (seeds)"
