Right now I have a backache again. Last Sunday I was burning brush from cleaning the yard. Since the wood was wet, I use diesel fuel to keep the fire going. I used a few gallons, but to get to the fire I use 8oz cups for throwing it in. So I must have bent over at least a hundred times (how dum can I be?) to fill the cups. And I am not 40 anymore, but 68, I forget that some times.

The pain is still there, but before I go for more shots. I have been doing the oxygen bowel cleaning this week, 3 days kidney cleanse, and did liverflush. I want to keep cleaning and see if this is going to work.
To-day is the first day it is slightly better. Also have been eating the right foods.

Luckily the signal for my computer is strong enough so I can lie on the couch while typing.
