Absolutely! I read it in my Ayurvedic books by Dr. Vasant Lad and the Deepak Chopra book "Perfect Health" and perhaps other places too, like my Chinese Medicine book. OH and I think when I studied macrobiotics.

Soo... plenty of places you could have read about it. :)
