does atkins diet negatively impact gallbladder/liver, even if i were to use whey protein shakes instead of so much animal, and *if* i were to use animal meat if it were organic?

also, if i feel nauseated at the mere thought of tons of cheese, egg and meat, does this mean i have gallbladder problems?
