What I ate that I considered bad was spinach artichoke dip and sourdough bread at a local restaurant. I'm pretty sure there was cheese in the dip also. For me this was really bad and I think that's why I had the attack. I really don't know the fat content in it though. I bet it was high though. Thanks for your advice!
