I think that buying Dandelon in caps or tablets will be easier to add this to may routine. So I can take it in the morning.
I also heard that the tinture is strong because of alcohol in it.
Anyway, what should be the dosage of dandelion?
I saw tablets with 500mg.

Can I take this even if I am already taking Milk Thistle?
ANd the Barberry?
Should I choose one of these options or take all of them if possible?
