I knew about the vaseline thing, but I forgot to get it, so I used the next best thing, Preparation H. Good stuff - no burning whatsoever. I was sending blessings to whoever mentioned 'vaseline', and also, to the Curezone member who suggested sucking on a peppermint after the ES - these tips made the entire experience a whole lot better.
