BTW I did do first Liver Flush this weekend...and pain under right rib cage is gone! not fooling myself..I know that years of lousy food will necessitate a repeat and soon to keep up good momentum..it was not so bad...next one will be a walk in the park by comparison..hubby hardly realized I was even doing it...lol
