I would double my dose of superfood. I would begin drinking licorice tea 2-3x per day for 2-3weeks to see if there is any difference.
I had very much the same issues - read my bio on my webpage, www.bobmantz.com
and I did the above, added cayenne (though some reports show cayenne may lower temps - it and the licorice helped to raise mine).
The big break through was suffering for a few weeks with weight lifting. It really helped. Though it had the opposite effect at first....
Finally - the hot cold showers always help break me out of a funk. Ending with cold if its a Depression and with warm if its anxiety.....
