I don't really have Jacob on a set schedule but I do have him on a flexible schedule which seems to be helping. I used to just watch his ques and go according to that, but my husband wanted some order so I am trying this. This has really helped me so perhaps it can help you too. Its not a set thing just an idea of when to do things.

Bedtime between 8:30-9:30

He wakes up at 6:00 am to play just about every morning automatically

Morning nap between 8:00-10:00

afternoon nap 12:00-2:00

Evening nap 4:00-6:00

Most of the time he skips his evening nap and thats okay, but he seems to welcome his morning nap and most of the time he likes his afternoon nap. I just try to stick with the time frames rather than an exact time. I know that naps are important so I try to sleep with him during his morning or afternoon nap and he sleeps longer. I like it too because it helps me to get a little extra rest. Sometimes if I'm not tired I will just lay there with him while he sleeps and read a book.
