I have a similar diet to yourself so I couldn't work out why I was still having loads of problems until I worked out that I was eating my in the wrong order, so to speak. Because adrenal fatigue causes hypoglycemia it is really important to start your day high in protein, some veg (not fruit) and a little carb (not potatoes - too high in potassium). eat before 10 am, then have a snack at 10-10.30, eat your lunch by 12noon and snack at 2.30. All meals must be balanced and high on protein. It difficult, and I don't always get it right as my body craves carbs because it is so tired, but on the days I do get it right I really do feel a lot better.
