I have the fecal odour too. Its crap!! Literally!! lol. Anyway, I have issues with digesting food as well. Just wondering have you tried flax seeds? I read this old post on here about a guy with a fecal body odour, describing it as 'toxic damp heat', and flax seeds helped him. Read his posts...

By the way great advice, about how to deal with this problem. I have not yet mastered how to control myself, and end up getting very worked up towards small minded people.
