Hmmmm... not offhand.... have you been to a doctor for this problem before just to rule out anything else?

It's tough when you have an attack at work and just want to lock yourself in the bathroom :-)

If you have actually been diagnosed with IBS, I would really recommend the B&P shakes. They really "slowed" things down for me and got rid of an awful lot of cramping.

Sorry I couldn't recommend anything else!
