i amglad someone has some good info about adkins. i have always tought it was not good for health. like the kidneys get overloaded. this is my opinion. if you must do this diet do it for a short time. if you can do anoth one do it. i know of a couple that did lose lots of weight. i wonder what is going to happened to there kidneys down the road. i personally would not do it. first like you if they are advertising their products. i ususally say no. they are not making money off of me.
