I'm curious about your 1 tsp. flushes.

I'm working on a magnesium theory. I'd appreciate some feedback if you have the time to make some very brief ballpark comments. Hope they aren't too personal...

1. How many flushes have you done?

2. How many stones have you gotten with this method each flush?

3. How many how much magnesium do you normally take as a nutritional supplement each day?

4. How many how many BMs do you normally have each day?
