Your flush still sounds sucessful.... Make sure to drink lots of water today.... and take it easy....

I threw up once too..and nausia has been a problem with my flushes..so i chew on raw ginger before and after I drink my drink.... It helped last time.. I also some times mix ginger essential oil with almond oil and rub it on my belly before I fall asleep...
