This seems like a silly question, but I need to get juice out of many tart applies for Dr. Schultz's kidney stone dissolve formula and I don't have a juicer!

Any ideas? I was thinking about putting in a blender and then straining through a strainer, but what a lot of work? Has anyone tried doing it this way?

What's the experience out there comparing using the juice from fresh apples compared with buying organic juice high in malic acid?
