Topically try some tea tree oil & lavender oil. You can buy this at the health food store. Desert Essence sells this combo for under $10. These essential oils are highly anti-viral and help prevent new ones from coming up & help the current ones heal quicker. Apply it every few hours. Icing the cold sore will also help reduce pain.

The Master-Cleanse alone will probably NOT cure herpes. You will need to go through the parasite cleanse, colon cleanse, liver cleanse/flush, etc to help your immune system function better. Click on Dr.Clark at the top of the home page. There you can find more info on the cleanses.
