Sounds like you and I are feeling about the same on the MC. It's hard to be around food, especially the food you love, but then I just remember how much good I'm doing for my body. Basically, I just want to live a long & happy life & I believe that can be achieved with the Master-Cleanse once a year & living a near vegan lifestyle. Keep up the good work -- you're almost there!
