Boy, you are on a roll! Talk about all those positive changes you are making. The headaches and urinating are all positive things and very normal!

I posted a week ago about placing the pads underneath my arm and they do work. I just wish Dr. V. would tell us what he thinks about placing the pads underneath our arms. The only bad thing is that it's such a tender area and the tape hurts when you pull it off!
