Hi Owen
Actually, I just finished a jar of VCO that I used on my
body and hair everyday. I have another jar in the
kitchen that is a different brand that smells and tastes
heavenly. I was wondering if there was a VCO for cooking
and one for skin care...I saved the one that tastes and
smells good for ingesting however I stopped eating. I don't
know what to put it on. Do you just spoon it in your mouth?
