I had moderate to heavy Acne for more than 10 years. I tried every type of conventional treatment (benzoil peroxide, Proactive, anti-biotics, and two courses of accutane). Nothing kept my skin clear for longer than 6 months. Towards the end of my struggles, my health took a turn for the worse and the Acne treatments ( Antibiotics and accutane) were a big contributing factor. I had tons of health problems including acne, dandruff, hives, skin rashes, brain fog and low energy. What really started me on my quest for a natural cure was a three day apple fast that did wonders for my Acne until of course when I broke the fast incorrectly and then all my symptoms came raging back.

Finally I came across information by a poster named moreless on PH Balancing and how an acidic body PH was the cause of most of my health problems. I had been looking for the truth for a long time and praying to God about my health. Moreless' information rang so true to me. It made so much sense. I am about 6 months into implementing moreless' protocol for balancing my body PH and I am happy to say that I am 98% symptom free. My acne is gone and my skin is softer and brighter than it has been since high school (I am about to turn 36).

His protocol does take a concerted effort and some discipline to change the bad habits that led to my acne but the results I am getting are totally worth it. The refreshing thing about moreless is that he is not selling anything, just offering information that is helping tons of people who make the choice to act based on the information.

I would encourage everyone to check out the Ask Moreless PH Balance forum or go to If you make the choice to change based on the information that you read there you will begin to see dramatic improvements in your overall health including of course your acne.

God Bless and Guide you on your way to better health,
