The tea is pretty tasty. I stee[ed two bag for about 5 minutes in a travel mug. It's falvored with pepper also and you can taste the licorice. It did help my appetite, however, I didn't bring enough to work. Then I was getting one of my notorious headaches around 5 so I've since eaten a little, but that's a willpower issue.
