Yes, I am overweight for my body size. The docs have told me to lose some weight. I have put on over 20 lbs in a matter of months. I appreciate your concern, but I know where I feel healthy and am healthy. I also have some conditions such as PCOS, Pleurisy, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Insomnia that only improve with weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight. Since gaining, all these conditions have been exacerbated. I look forward to getting down to where I started before the meds and my unhealthy choices combined began my pattern of packing on the pounds.
