I had the worst damn headache yesterday, the whole left side of my face was revolting, lol. So I drank more water and went to bed at 6:30 pm, woke up a few times for the phone and potty, and now it's 8:30 day 3. Sometimes that's the only way to get through it. It's nice to have saomeone at the same place I am. Is this your first fast? I tried a few months ago but only lasted 3 days. I have a few goals set. 14 days, then 21 days. I would go longer, but I have a weekend long event on the 18th of march and it won't be possible for a few reasons. Anyway, best of luck to us and my email is bluesam21@hotmail.com !
