I had consulted a medical intuitive a while back...he says that April, or the "spring" is one of the best times to fast. He said the body will do it's best healing at this time of year. I have since read that to be true.
SO ALL YOU PEOPLE GOING FOR IT IN APRIL.....HAPPY HEALING and good luck....including myself.
