Hi there. I worked at Hecht's my first time fasting. I really didn't have any problems running about and doing my end of the bargain. Trust me, I was stalking, fixing displays, keeping merchandise tidy, helping customers and ringing sales. I agree w/ the above poster. You can expect to lose on avg. a pound a day. So, if you're fasting for 10 days, you can expect to lose 10 pounds. Goodluck and update us with how you're doing when you can!
