I too had a lot of weight gain with Paxil. I didn't realize the effect of the Zoloft until I switched off of it. All of a sudden it was as if my appetite decreased tenfold.

I had considered Water Fasting but I don't think that I could handle it. I was even worried about the meds while on a MC. I plan on monitoring myself fairly closely. It just might be hard to recognize what is detox and what is due to the meds.
