I have pain under my left rib, round to the kidney area and up round up my back. The pain at the front is burning and sometime like spasms/flutters. I also have burning pain coming up into my chest/heart area(sometimes sharp)and I have periods of missed heartbeats. I also have joint pain especially in my shoulders, knees and left shin bone. Acid reflux is also a problem. This has been going on for a while now and I am in the process of tests. I don't get attacks or episodes, I just seem to have this all the time now. I feel nervy and anxious. My tongue, although getting cleaner(by doing the oil swish) is still a bit coated in the morning but the tip is red and sore (I have been informed this is due to emotional problems)
I have already been diagnosed with candida in my throat and get hoarse sometime which is worrying me because of the heart type pain. I have really itchy ears. I am trying to stick to an anti-candida diet and also taking aloe vera, ACV, eating plenty ginger, raw garlic and cilantro. I drink lots of water and herbal teas - dandelion, peppermint and nettle. I have also been eating pumpkin seeds every day. I have regular BMs but am about to start Oxypowder soon.
Have you heard of this problem before and what would be your advice for me?
