Itchy skin is generally zinc deficiency.... however itchy nipple can be calcium deficiency. Men are often zinc deficient so I would opt for the first option. Zinc and selenium play similar roles in the body so if one of them becomes deficient, the other one will take over. Therefore he could supplement in either zc or selenium or even on both.

Zc and selenium are antioxidants so it means that he is dealing with toxins and his body struggle while doing so.
