I can tell you that I have the same problem with my odor smelling like food I have just eaten. I have heard people say that it smells like old food when I am around. I don't know if stress or Depression could be the culprit because sometimes the smell appears and it makes no sense why it would. For instance, I'm a musician and sometimes when I sit down to play the guitar or something for a while, I notice afterwards that I smell. Maybe its because I get anxious or something, I don't know.
