Where are you located? Sunflower oil is generally available at most health food stores and a lot of grocery stores. Even my little town of less than 2000 people has Hains Sunflower oil. Its what I started with, but I now prefer Spectrum Sesame Oil.
Oil tends to be rather expensive to ship. If you can, try and find it locally first.
