whne you post, the main body of your message should be typed down here in the text box, not up in the title box. if you type it all in the title box, as you did, you will most likely loose a good portion of it.

but yes, avoiding all anti biotics if at all possible is a great idea. keeping a healthy probiotic colony in your bowels is critical to so many aspects of health.

H2O2 in the ears is a great idea, and cayenne is a near cure-all. now that you have those two protocols down, you can expand into other areas. perhaps you may want to try a few of the herbal anti biotics.
