Day 7 Thursday 1/25

I did not want to wake up today, but I had to take kids to school and then I had a lovely dentist opp. He pulled a tooth.
After my tooth was pulled I was in bed all day, so tired, and all my mucsles were aching. Finally got out of bed around 6pm, but was still pretty tired.
Thank God my husband had the day off to watch the kids. I drank some diluted juice, but mostly water.

Day 8

I felt better today, but still feeling tired, and my legs were cramping. I could not drink juice today, been feeling nausea. I rested most the day, inbetween taking care of our children. Drank water all day, and in the evening I had some miso broth.

Day 9

Feeling a lot better, besides nausea and heartburn. Maybe it was that miso soup??? In the evening the heartburn became very intense, so I made so Apple Cider Vinegar tea with honey, helped for about an hour, so I drank more, and did an enema.

Day 10
Today I broke the fast with some raw celery, tomatoes, and tofu. I was worried about toxins being reabsorbed into my body because of not having any bowel movements, and maybe that is why I have been getting heartburn. I drank a Colon Cleanse and will continue to eat raw foods until I fell that I have flushed out my colon. Then back to fasting.

Day 11 Monday 1/29
Today I drank some cleansing tea with senna in it, had some Apple cider vinegar, and blending organic apple (half) sweet potato (one third) and 2 stalks of Celery sticks into a mixture ( like baby food) I also drank the Colon Cleanse before eating. In the evening I made this mixture again. It worked out really well and my bowels are moving. So tomorrow I will continue to drink the senna tea, do the Colon Cleanse and eat this raw food mixture, and I think tomorrow I will be back on for fasting.... I will keep you posted.
