Well we all have our own little journey going on here and I'm pleased to say that after not using any toothpaste this morning I have had no mid morning drowsiness.

I brushed my tongue with glutamine and gave my teeth a quick brush with glutamine. I rinsed with organic salt added to water, then crunched on cloves brushed around the teeth and gums with the cloves then rinsed with the organic salt water. Breath is fresh and no candida reaction.

That will do for now...
