Like Shroom has said the threads are adult candida, uif you do not suffer from a severe case you would not get to see any threads....only the snowflakes. they look like torn bits of toilet paper.
A ACV enema is a good way to get them out.
Again, the threads have drilled into the intestinal wall and they need either fiber (psyllium) or else ACV to break the threads.
Since you did the fiber I would say you should look for the flakes: young candida. Anything white means yeast.
