I just yesterday purchased Udo's choice probiotic blend "adult's probiotic" so I can't tell if thy are effecive yet. However I do know they make 5 different adult probiotic formulations that vary greatly in their probiotic makeup. Their "super bifido plus" probiotic has 10 different strains and 70 billion cpu's per capsule, a pretty hefty amount. however, it is pricey and there are only 30 capsules to a bottle. but maybe 1 capsule a day will do the trick, so that would be a month's supply. Whole foods has Udo's entire line of probiotics. The "adult's probiotic" that I purchased is the only one of their's that has 60 caps per bottle. It has 12 cpu's per cap. I believe their website is udoerasmus.com. There you can read the profile on each probiotic formulation to determine wich one might be effective for you.
