I think the whole pre-biotic debate is contingent on which form off pre-biotic you are taking. Many have sucrolose in them and you want to stay away from them. Mine are made from Jerusalem Artichoke only and nothing else. I asked my ND about that and he said the kind I take will not feed the bad yeast.
